Summary

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving the successful completion of various internal projects within our organization. From developing new products to implementing process improvements, you will play a vital role in ensuring efficient project execution.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure alignment and effective project delivery. Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of the project management cycle from initiation to completion
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders

• Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members and ensure the timely completion of deliverables
• Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle
• Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and resolve issues that may arise during project implementation
• Monitor the progress of projects, tracking key milestones and providing regular status updates to stakeholders
• Ensure adherence to project management best practices and standards
• Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting effective communication and knowledge sharing
• Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers to ensure the availability of necessary resources
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and gather lessons learned
