Job Description

About the Role

Hollow Roads Diesel is seeking an Experienced Diesel Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy-duty trucks and diesel equipment. This position requires advanced knowledge of diesel engines, drivetrains, and electrical systems, as well as strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Perform engine, transmission, and electrical diagnostics and repairs
  • Conduct DOT inspections and preventative maintenance
  • Accurately document work performed
  • Maintain safety and cleanliness standards in the shop
  • Communicate effectively with service staff and customers

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience as a diesel technician
  • Proficiency with diagnostic tools and software
  • Strong knowledge of diesel systems and hydraulics
  • Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred but not required)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
