Overview

Our client, a major Streaming / Entertainment company, is seeking a Java, Spring / Boot focused, Microservices Engineer with experience in AWS and building high traffic / highly complex systems!

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Pay : $75 - $80 / hr W2

Responsibilities

• Build scalable, high-volume services and REST based web services following a microservice architecture.
• Design, develop and deliver software on progressive and growing platforms, primarily using AWS, Java, and Spring Boot.
• Develop one-off applications using AWS, Lambda and NodeJS.
• Develop using databases (e.g., DynamoDB, MySQL).
• Deploy Java based applications on AWS EKS Clusters.
• Closely partner with other Software Engineers and Software Quality Engineers and engage in team efforts.
• Work with architecture and engineering teams to produce high-quality technology solutions.
• Work in an Agile / Scrum environment.

Note : The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
