We are currently seeking a Gastroenterology Physician for a locum tenens position near Twin Rocks, Pennsylvania . This is a great opportunity to provide both inpatient and outpatient care with a mix of clinic hours and on-call responsibilities. The assignment is set to start October 28, 2024 , and ends November 4, 2024 , with additional on-call coverage needed at the end of December.

5-10 inpatient consults per day during on-call hours

Requirements :

• Board Certification

Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible within five years of residency, in

Internal Medicine with a subspecialty in Gastroenterology

• Fellowship

Completed a Gastroenterology Fellowship

• License

Active

Pennsylvania state license

• Certifications

BLS is required

• Skills & Procedures

Upper and Lower GI endoscopy with biopsy

• Foreign body removal
• Fulguration of bleeders
• ERCP (Diagnostic and Therapeutic)
• Sigmoidoscopy, colonoscopy, and liver biopsy
