Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Rad Tech - Interventional Radiology

Job Details : \n

  • Work day shifts with 36-hour weekly guarantee in 9-hour shifts from 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 30 PM
  • \n

  • Alternative 40-hour shifts available from either 8 : 00 AM to 2 : 30 PM or 7 : 00 AM to 5 : 30 PM
  • \n

  • Weekend hours are call only
  • \n

  • Call requirements include maximum of 1-2 weeknights per week and every 6th weekend (Friday-Sunday)
  • \n

  • 2 years of experience required
  • \n

  • Must have neuro experience including stroke and neuro interventions
  • \n

  • Level 1 trauma experience required
  • \n

  • VI certification preferred
  • \n

  • No floating requirements
  • \n

  • Required certifications : ARRT RT (R) and BLS
  • \n

  • Work with Siemens equipment and EPIC EMR system
  • \n

  • Full staff model includes 2 technologists per procedure room, rotating scrubbing and circulating procedures
  • \n

  • Work in 3 procedure rooms
  • \n

  • Scrubs provided by facility
  • \n

  • No open toe shoes or shoes with holes allowed
  • \n

  • Must be hardworking, flexible, team player, punctual, dependable, and self-motivating
  • \n\n

    This major medical center operates a comprehensive interventional radiology department located in the basement level with state-of-the-art equipment and modern procedure rooms. The facility maintains high standards for patient care and utilizes advanced Siemens technology to support complex interventional procedures. The department specializes in neuro interventions and stroke care as part of their Level 1 trauma services, providing critical care capabilities to the community.
