URGENT HIRING
Part Time
9 am to 1 pm Monday through Friday in Rock Hill 29732
Previous Home Health Aide / CNA Experience required, Training available.
The Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) provides clients various personal care and homemaker / companion services in accordance with an established plan of care so that they can remain in their residence.
Essential Functions :
- Personal Care with ADLs and IADLs
- Provide assistance with : bathing, dressing, grooming, skin care, back care, shampoo, oral hygiene, transfers, range of motion exercise, safe use of equipment and assistive devices (wheel chair), change of position, with toileting.
- Companion / Sitter / Household Management
- Provide companionship and respite services for family
- Stand-by assist with transfers for fall risk clients
- Occasional Transportation to run errands or appointments
