\nPT needed asap\nFacility Requirements : \nMust have SC PT license (must be attached to resume)\nMust have 2 years recent PT experience, in hospital preferred\nMust have BLS certifications, must be attached to submission packet (Must be through the American Heart Association); RQI certifications will not be accepted\n\n

Required Qualifications

Physical Therapist, Acute

Experience : 1 year

Licenses : PT(Compact Accepted)(Copy needed)

Certifications : BLS-AHA(Copy needed)

AND

Physical Therapist, Outpatient

SSN Required

DOB Required

Work History : Should not be more than 90 days of gap in last 1 year\n
