Key Responsibilities :
- Leading strategy and execution across manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, and customer fulfillment functions.
- Championing a culture of operational excellence, continuous improvement, and accountability throughout the site.
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and growing strategic partnerships.
- Aligning cross-functional teams around key performance objectives and corporate priorities.
- Ensuring compliance with medical device regulations and internal quality standards.
- Driving site-level strategy, operational performance, and financial results, including revenue and EBITDA targets.
- Leading and developing high-performing teams across all organizational levels and functions.
- Building and managing robust production systems, capacity planning, and labor models to support growth.
- Partnering closely with commercial teams to expand customer relationships and business volume.
- Embedding quality, safety, and compliance into every operational process.
- Establishing scalable infrastructure to support future growth and evolving customer needs.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (Required).Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred.At least 5+ years of increasing responsibility leading hourly and salaried professional teams.Proven results in developing talent, organizational strategies, and management systems in a high-revenue growth environment.7+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams and / or developing two-discipline functional excellence.Minimum of 5+ years managing a business, profit center, or program with growth objectives.Strong machining background, preferably with experience operating CNC mills and lathesExperience working in complex, high-mix, low-volume production environmentsIndustry experience in the Medical Device sector.Exposure to integrated business planning (S&OP), quality systems, and lean manufacturing within industrial or manufacturing settings (preferred).Experience with global manufacturing best practices is a plus.NO C2C CANDIDATESTravel Requirements : Up to 10% travel required, primarily for customer engagement and strategic initiatives.This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic, operational leader to influence a high-growth, innovative manufacturing site in the medical device industry.
