Who We Are Looking For :
Are you the Residential Director we have been looking for? In this position, you will be able to convey your passion for helping others by leading a dynamic team and bringing an energetic and positive approach while working with our students!
Pelham Academy is a residential treatment setting for adolescents that specializes in trauma-informed care. Pelham provides 24-hour comprehensive care including a school on-site, a full clinical staff, nursing staff, and direct care staff.
Due to the nature of our work and the youth who are depending on us, there are times where overtime may be mandated.
JRI Provides The Training So That :
- YOU will oversee the Residential Department with the Senior Residential Department members and provide care and treatment of our students.
- YOU will ensure all Residential systems are being followed and completed daily, and provide on-call coverage.
- YOU will oversee scheduling procedures; staffing ratios are maintained at all times, and make accountability and disciplinary decisions as needed for Residential Staff.
- YOU will lead residential meetings and trainings, and run residential shifts when needed.

Must be 21 years of age.Bachelor's degree preferred.3-5 years in a Supervisor / Management role in a residential or mental health program required.On-call responsibilities, including occasional overtime.Valid driver's license required for transporting students.Training in physical interventions and verbal de-escalation provided.Background and driving record checks will be performed.JRI is committed to fostering a respectful, collaborative workplace where every team member feels valued.
