Responsibilities

• Driving membership sales and conversions
• Motivating and coaching the front desk team to exceed sales targets
• Recruiting, hiring, and scheduling staff to meet business needs
• Managing daily spa operations and ensuring top-tier guest experience
• Collaborating with ownership on growth strategies and promotions
• Monitoring KPIs and making data-driven decisions to improve performance
