As a Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to showcase our premier custom window treatments to discerning clients in Central Illinois. This role offers the excitement of visiting some of the most stunning homes and businesses in the region while providing exceptional service and expertise.

About the job :

Full time

Primarily commission based plus hourly wage

Hours : Mon-Fri 9 : 00 - 5 : 00. Evenings and Saturdays would be scheduled by appointment only.

Primary responsibilities :

• Sales Generation : Actively engage in prospecting, lead generation, and networking to drive sales growth.
• Client Consultation : Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
• Product Presentation : Showcase our premier custom window treatments, highlighting their features, benefits, and superior quality.
• Solution Development : Collaborate with clients to design tailored solutions that meet their specific requirements and enhance their spaces.
• Quoting and Pricing : Prepare accurate quotes and pricing estimates based on client specifications and project details.
• Order Management : Manage the sales process from initial inquiry to order placement, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
• Relationship Building : Cultivate strong relationships with clients, architects, designers, and other industry professionals to foster repeat business and referrals.

Desired Skills and experiences :

• Sales Experience : Proven track record in sales, preferably in the home décor, interior design, or related industry.
• Customer Focus : Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term client relationships.
• Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate product features and benefits effectively.
• Self-Motivation : Highly motivated, results-driven individual with a proactive approach to sales and business development.
• Organization : Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
