A company is looking for a Claims Assistant - Workers Compensation for Florida residents in a remote position.
Key Responsibilities
Set up and enter new claims into the claims management system
Process payments and manage mail, filing, faxing, and photocopying tasks
Answer and initiate telephone calls, set up medical appointments, and provide customer service as needed
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Six months of clerical or customer service experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required
Ability to support the organization's quality programs
Experience with claims management systems is preferred
Willingness to perform other duties as assigned
