Job Summary

As a Rehabilitation Services Supervisor, you will play a vital role in overseeing our therapy services department. Your responsibilities will include :

  • Developing and implementing department policies, procedures, and treatment protocols that align with the health care facility's vision and strategic plan.
  • Supervising and expanding rehabilitation teams and programs to ensure efficient operations.
  • Participating in evaluating and improving rehabilitation services and programs to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Contributing to the budgeting process for the department and ensuring financial goals are met.

You will provide daily guidance for the team, utilizing your expertise to deliver high-quality patient care. Your leadership will be essential in fostering a collaborative and effective work environment while being accountable for team goals regarding financial management and service efficiency.

Additionally, you will develop specialized therapy programs aimed at :

  • Enhancing client mobility and relieving pain.
  • Managing patient evaluations and therapy interventions based on individual needs.
  • Documenting patient information and establishing therapeutic plans for recovery.
  • Educating clients and families on treatment and self-management strategies.

    • Qualifications

  • Valid state licensure as Occupational, Physical, or Speech Therapist.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in therapy and rehabilitation.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within the first 60 days of employment.
  • May require a valid driver's license and occasional travel (up to 50%).
