Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Echo Technician Discipline : Allied Health Professional Start Date : ASAP Duration : 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift : 8 hours Employment Type : Travel Required Qualifications : Performs ultrasound technical duties for imaging heart muscle and functions. Creates images of the heart, cardiac chambers, valves and vessels for the purpose of assessing heart functions and diagnoses. Collaborates closely with cardiologists, performing the technical aspects of examinations, evaluating findings and reporting them to cardiologists License / Certification : Currently certified, or eligible to be certified, with a Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) certification from American Registry of Diagnostic MedicalSonographers (ARDMS) or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) : Required : Required Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQIBLS) certification : Required Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) or CCI Registered Vascular Specialist (CCI RVS) or CCI Registered Cardiac Sonographer (CCI-RCS) or American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Oregon Board Sonographer license (OR-SNG) : Required Shift Notes : Varied Shift, 4 Days X 10 Hours ProKatchers Job ID 14471.
