Senior Creative Director

Alma is seeking a Senior Creative Director to elevate and champion the role of creative within the Alma brand. Reporting into the SVP of Brand & Marketing, this role will shape the creative expression of Alma’s brand strategy and be responsible for leading and growing a Creative team to deliver high-quality, compelling creative that moves the brand and business forward. The ideal candidate is a visual innovator and compelling storyteller, equally comfortable concepting and executing, with demonstrated experience leading small but mighty teams that deliver creative excellence.

What you’ll do :

• Guide the creative vision and strategy to continually evolve look and feel and shaping our voice across channels, ensuring brand consistency and resonance across owned and paid channels, as well as integrated brand campaigns
• Champion bold ideas and and creative approaches to expressing the Alma story and more deeply connecting with our different audiences (therapists, clients, payers and employers)
• Provide strategic direction and leadership to a team of designers, copywriters, and creative project managers, fostering an environment of creativity, innovation, and collaboration
• Partner with Creative Project Managers to oversee the end-to-end creative process, ensuring alignment with the brand vision and a team that works smarter not harder
• Partner with Creative Project Managers to oversee relationships with external agencies, freelancers, and other external vendors to ensure high-quality, on-brand execution of creative
• Partner with Product Design to maintain brand cohesion across Marketing and Product surfaces
• Maintain a strong understanding of our audiences, market trends, and competitor landscape as well as the Alma product and customer experiences to inform creative work

Salary Band : $190,000 - $240,000
