As a key member of the design team, you will shape the user experience for millions by crafting polished UI designs and prototypes for mobile, tablet, and web applications. Overview :

As a Visual Designer, you will play a pivotal role in creating and maintaining a multi-theme / brand design system. You will collaborate closely with engineers to ensure seamless implementation and the highest quality product launch. This position requires a strong understanding of UI / UX principles, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.

Responsibilities :

• Create compelling designs and interactive prototypes, effectively communicating design decisions to cross-functional teams.
• Own, update, and maintain the team’s multi-theme / brand design system within Figma.
• Deliver high-quality production designs while developing and maintaining efficient systems for managing static assets, videos, and translation processes.
• Provide implementation guidance to engineers, ensuring features launch at the highest quality.
• Proactively report progress on projects and maintain open communication with stakeholders.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $91.83 to $102.04 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
