Job Title : Contractor – Marketing

Department : Product Marketing – Institutional

Duration : 1 Year

Schedule : 40 hours / week, 8 hours / day, 5 days / week

Summary :

Client is seeking a Marketing Contractor to develop, maintain, and evolve the sales collateral suite for Client's Prime — the firm’s integrated institutional platform for trading, financing, and custody.

This role ensures the sales team has top-tier, compliant, and persuasive materials that communicate Prime’s value proposition across client segments and markets.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop high-quality sales decks, one-pagers, and product overviews for Client's Prime (custody, trading, financing, unification initiatives).
• Continuously refine collateral based on product updates, launches, market shifts, and client feedback.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, Product, and Legal / Compliance to ensure accuracy and alignment.
• Support sales teams with tailored client materials while maintaining consistent messaging.
• Partner with the RFI / RFP team to standardize messaging across institutional offerings.
• Manage and organize all content in Highspot, maintaining version control and discoverability.
• Define and report on metrics for collateral engagement and effectiveness.

Base pay range : $55.00 / hr - $60.00 / hr
