Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Reston, Virginia. The role involves providing exceptional support to our membership department while utilizing your strong communication and technical skills.
Responsibilities :
Respond promptly to inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
Support the membership department by performing administrative tasks and maintaining accurate records.
Input and manage data efficiently using internal databases and Microsoft Office Suite.
Deliver outstanding customer service by resolving issues and providing clear information to clients.
Utilize CRM tools to track and manage customer interactions effectively.
Learn and adapt quickly to new systems and processes as needed.
Ensure independent task completion with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards.
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements :
Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused attitude.
Ability to manage inbound and outbound calls effectively.
Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records.
Familiarity with CRM software or similar systems.
Technologically savvy with an aptitude for learning new tools and systems.
Capable of working independently and managing time efficiently.
