Payroll Operations Specialist

As a member of the Payroll Department professional staff, this position contributes general knowledge and skill in the Payroll Operations area to support the client.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist the client with processing changes in the payroll system and respond to associate inquiries.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and improve process execution.
• Resolve associate and system issues.
• Act as SME for payroll systems, processing, and regulations.
• Assist with payroll audits and are responsible for departmental operational excellence.
• Manage client hotel onboarding offboarding process.
• Review and respond to daily payroll emails and inquiries.
• Processing report request for HQ and other Ad Hoc request.
• Assist with payroll data entry in the client payroll system.
• Assist Management with payroll projects and issues.
• Execute processes to help Accenture meet monthly SLAs.
