Financial Processing Specialist

The Document Management-Financial Processor works within Protective's Corporate Mailroom. They are responsible for processing remote bank deposits, creating accurate journal entries, and maintaining various financial records related to customer payments. This is a production-based role with time service goals and set minimum production standards. The Financial Processor will support various levels of the management team, meet routinely with managers and training teams, and report issues and trends.

Primary Job Responsibilities :

• Process transactions as defined by the manager to assist in meeting overall team productivity goals.
• Handle high profile, complex transactions as well as routine, daily transactions.
• Support various levels of the management team and participate in management activities and decision making.
• Report issues and trends to managers.
• Maintain accurate financial records and create journal entries.
• Process remote bank deposits and ensure timely and accurate financial processing.

Requirements

Protective's targeted salary range for this position is $42,500 to $48,000. Actual salaries may vary depending on factors, including but not limited to, job location, skills, and experience. The range listed is just one component of Protective's total compensation package for employees.

This position also offers additional incentive opportunities through an annual incentive based on individual and Company performance. This position is an in office position, with no opportunities for remote or hybrid work.
