Description

General Function :

Screens and recruits students for the Job Corps Program by making and maintaining a network of referral sources such as students already in the Job Corps Program, the Community Advisory Board, churches, etc. Must be available to work 1 evening (10 : 00am-7 : 00pm per week) and 1 weekend (4.0hrs Saturday and 4.0hrs Sunday on a rotation) at the Excelsior Springs Job Corps Center.

Work schedule : Monday - Friday at our Kansas City office.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in social science, Education, Counseling, Business or a related field and one year of teaching or job placement counseling experience.
• One year of experience working with disadvantaged youth.

OR

Additionally, a valid Regular Driver License is required.
