A leading hospital in Miami, Florida, has an opening for an Advanced Heart Failure Cardiologist to join their team.

Opening Overview :

  • Schedule : Monday-Friday day shifts
  • Call : 1 : 5 rotation
  • Setting : Equal split between outpatient clinic and inpatient consults
  • Duties : Evaluation and management of patients referred for transplant evaluation, post-transplant care, VAD management, and long-term follow-up of non-transplant patients with advanced heart failure
  • Procedures : Endomyocardial biopsy, cardiac catheterization, etc.
  • Support Staff : 9 total AHF cardiologists, full surgical staff
  • EMR : Cerner, Epic
  • Board certification required
