Key Responsibilities
Lead structural design and analysis for new construction and renovation projects
Manage project teams budgets schedules and client communications
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
Participate in proposal development client presentations and strategic planning
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality solutions
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum of eight years of experience in structural building design
PE license in Wisconsin or ability to obtain
Strong leadership communication and client management skills
Experience in business development is preferred
Master's degree and licensure in additional Midwest states are a plus
