Fisk Electric, a Tutor Perini Company, is seeking an Estimator to join our office in San Antonio, TX.

As an Estimator at Fisk Electric, reporting to the Chief Estimator, you will have the opportunity to :

• Responsible for multiple systems on Technical, Health Care or Industrial projects
• Lead fully engineered estimates up to $5M
• Understand the concepts and process of conceptual estimates and budgets up to $1M
• Review the scope specified within the proposal and ensure estimates include appropriate scope
• Develop detailed cost estimates and proactively identify deficiencies and / or questions; actively assist the project team toward the answers
• Review contract documents and contract modifications to determine scope of work and equitable cost allowance for scope changes
• Proficient with estimating software
• Working knowledge of McCormick and Bluebeam
• Proven accuracy, reliability and completeness in job accomplishment
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Review Estimate take-offs
• Understanding and familiarity with NEC
• Mentoring Estimator Trainees & Estimator 1 staff
