Position Summary

The Community Program Director is a key leadership role focused on  business development and partnership growth . This position leads the Community Program Team, cultivating relationships with community organizations to expand 1N5’s reach and impact. The Director ensures program quality, sustainability, and alignment with organizational goals—while building strong, mission-driven partnerships throughout the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business development to establish and grow partnerships with community organizations.
• Build and maintain strong external relationships with community leaders, nonprofits, and funders.
• Supervise and support Community Program Managers, including hiring, training, and performance reviews.
• Set strategic goals for the Community Program Team in alignment with organizational priorities.
• Oversee program quality, evaluation, and reporting in collaboration with the Development Team.
• Represent 1N5 in the community by serving on committees, coalitions, and events.
