Responsibilities

Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions in adult and senior patients

Emphasize prevention and quality outcomes using evidence-based care

Collaborate with specialists and hospitalists as needed

Provide leadership and mentorship to advanced practice providers

Requirements

MD / DO with BC / BE in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics

Active medical license in the state of practice

1 year outpatient primary care experience preferred
