  • We’re looking for hands-on, detail-driven Shift Supervisors to keep our operations running smoothly.
  • You’ll lead your team to ensure productivity, quality, and safety—every single shift.

    • What You’ll Do Lead daily operations :

  • Oversee vehicle readiness, coordinate movement, and handle essential paperwork.

    • Manage inventory :

  • Keep parts stocked, organized, and ready for action.

    • Ensure safety & compliance :

  • Maintain a clean, OSHA-compliant workspace.

    • Support multiple sites :

  • Help keep operations running at different locations.

    • Be the go-to leader :

  • Solve problems, coach your team, and drive collaboration.

    • Train & onboard new hires :

  • Set clear expectations and provide hands-on guidance.

    • Champion improvement :

  • Analyze data, track performance, and suggest smarter processes.

    • What We’re Looking For 1+ years of leadership experience Clean driving record (zero points) Ability to pass a background check, MVR check, and drug screen Strong skills in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel Detail-oriented, collaborative, and a great communicator Able to travel locally (less than 20%) Bonus Points :
