Commercial Lines Account Manager

A Commercial Lines Account Manager is responsible for managing and retaining a portfolio of commercial insurance clients. This role ensures exceptional customer service, accuracy in policy management, and strong client relationships while supporting Producers and maintaining carrier partnerships.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage day-to-day service needs for assigned commercial accounts, including renewals, endorsements, certificates, and audits.
• Review policies, contracts, and coverage to ensure accuracy and adequacy.
• Proactively identify coverage gaps and make appropriate recommendations to clients.
• Work closely with Producers to support new business and renewal processes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information within the agency management system.
• Communicate effectively with insurance carriers to handle quotes, policy changes, and claims assistance.
• Provide prompt, courteous, and professional service to all clients.
• Ensure compliance with agency and carrier underwriting guidelines and procedures.

Commercial Lines Marketing Representative

A Commercial Lines Marketing Representative is responsible for marketing new and renewal commercial business to insurance carriers, negotiating terms, and ensuring competitive, comprehensive coverage options for clients. This role works closely with Producers and Account Managers to achieve growth and retention goals.
