Mesa, Gilbert, and Phoenix

WEEKEND DAY POSITIONS!  We are seeking Part-Time Direct Support Professionals to join our team! You will assist in the daily care of developmentally disabled individuals in a group home setting.

Responsibilities :

  • Assist clients with daily living activities.
  • Communicate ongoing care results and updates to relevant parties.
  • Collaborate with clients and families for best care opportunities.
  • Maintain a healthy and comfortable living environment.
  • Medication administration.
  • Housekeeping duties such as laundry, dishes, sweeping, mopping and dusting.

  • Team member mindset.
  • Compassionate and caring demeanor.
  • Positive interaction with clients, their families, co-workers and management.
  • Proficient written and verbal communication in English.
  • Recognize and be responsive to the needs of clients.
  • Ability to maintain calm, non-defensive and supportive attitude.

    • Certifications :

  • Level 1 fingerprint clearance card ( AZ specific)
  • First Aid / CPR
  • Article 9 ( within 60 days of hire)
  • Prevention and Support ( within 60 days of hire)
