What You'll Do

• Manage multiple reconstruction projects from planning through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and to Servpro's high-quality standards
• Oversee and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field staff to ensure seamless project execution
• Develop and maintain project budgets, estimates, and schedules
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, property managers, insurance adjusters, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Conduct on-site inspections and manage quality control
• Drive performance and profitability through strong organizational and leadership skills
