Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. The role involves gathering requirements, analyzing processes, and ensuring that solutions align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Requirement Gathering & Analysis
Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business requirements.
Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.Documentation & CommunicationPrepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications, and Use Cases.
Communicate requirements clearly to development and QA teams.Solution Design & SupportTranslate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
Support solution design and ensure alignment with business goals.Testing & ValidationAssist in creating test plans and validating solutions against requirements.
Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT).Stakeholder EngagementAct as a liaison between business units and IT teams.
Conduct workshops, presentations, and status updates.Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.2 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst (senior roles may require 8+ years).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and documentation abilities.Proficiency in tools such as MS Office, Visio; familiarity with SQL and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus.Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies.Preferred Qualifications
