The Senior Cook is responsible for accurately and efficiently preparing, cooking, and presenting a variety of hot and cold food items in a collegiate cafeteria setting. This is a front-facing role that requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow recipes while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and cold food items for lunch services.
• Follow recipes and production guidelines accurately to ensure consistency and quality
• Demonstrate strong knife skills and proficiency in cooking methods, including sautéing
• Provide courteous and professional customer service in a front-facing cafeteria role
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen equipment
• Monitor food quality, portion sizes, and presentation standards
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and hospital dietary guidelines
• Assist in training or guiding junior kitchen staff when needed.
