Software Engineer (Fullstack / Systems)

About the Role

We’re looking for a Software Engineer with a strong foundation in compiled languages , excellent algorithmic and problem-solving skills , and experience working across the full stack . You’ll be part of a small, fast-moving team tackling complex systems and building scalable, high-performance software that powers data access for enterprises.

This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in an early-stage startup environment , enjoys ownership and autonomy, and has a genuine curiosity about systems, robotics, or distributed computing.

What You’ll Do

Build, maintain, and scale core product features across our stack ( Rust, React, Python )

Design and implement efficient, reliable systems from the ground up

Take ownership of complex technical challenges and deliver innovative, high-quality solutions

Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and leadership to shape the technical vision

Continuously evaluate and adopt new technologies that enhance performance and scalability

Qualifications

2–4 years of experience in software engineering

Expertise in at least one compiled language (e.g., Rust, C++, Go, Swift, etc.) — not Java

Strong algorithmic and problem-solving skills

Experience with systems programming or distributed systems

Exposure to or interest in early-stage startups and fast-paced environments

Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field

Mathematical background viewed favorably

Nice to Have

Experience with Rust, Python, and React

Background in robotics , systems , or infrastructure engineering

Contributions to open-source or personal side projects demonstrating technical depth

Soft Skills

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Strong sense of ownership and initiative

Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies

Comfortable working across different parts of the stack
