Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. required, candidates must pass background and drug screening per Kaw Nation Gaming Commission regulations to obtain a gaming license (Medical Marijuana cards are accepted).
  • Flexibility to work any shift as needed or assigned, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • Physical requirements include Sitting / standing for long periods of time, reading small print on reports, frequent lifting, occasionally in excess of 50 pounds, and use of hands / fingers to separate, sort, count currency and coins needed.  Must be able to take directions well and work within a small, enclosed area with others and as a team.
  • Prior money handling, register, and food preparation experience a plus.

Responsibilities and Duties :

  • The Station Clerk is responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling cash and transactions accurately, maintaining a clean and organized station, and supporting day-to-day operations.
  • This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment and enjoys a variety of responsibilities.             Responsible for balancing cash drawer and completing end of day paperwork, ensuring accuracy transactions and correct change to customers.
  • Assist with prep work and specials in deli as needed.
  • Provide proper food handling, preparation, and serving according to safety guidelines.
  • Maintain clean and stocked fountain, coffee bar, coolers, and hot box area.
  • Inspect bathrooms hourly, ensuring they are clean and presentable for customers, cleaning shower walls in lounge area.
  • Regularly clean and keep front entry unobstructed, wipe down inside and outside of windows.
  • Clean and face shelves and cooler doors, work all back stock, and map floors.
  • Must maintain an Oklahoma ABLE (alcohol) License and food handlers.
  • Ensures that exceptional internal and external guest service standards are number one.
  • Be courteous and professional at all times to co-workers, customers, vendors and everyone you have contact with while on duty.
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance and a courteous demeanor while conducting company business.
  • Any duties that may be assigned by immediate supervisor or Operations Manager.
