Senior Implementation Project Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Implementation Project Manager to lead customer implementation projects for their SaaS platform.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple complex SaaS implementation projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery

Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them for project success

Oversee the integration of SaaS solutions with existing systems and serve as the primary point of contact for clients

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in SaaS companies or technology consulting firms with a focus on technical integrations

5+ years in Professional Services or Technical Consulting roles, managing client relationships

Proven experience with implementing Atlassian products and solutions

Strong understanding of SaaS architectures and integration methods

PMP Certification, Agile Certification (Scrum Master, Product Owner), or similar credential required
