Mozaic (A Chapter of The Arc NY) is actively hiring Caregivers, Home Health Aides, CNAs, and Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with disabilities in achieving their personal goals and living fulfilling lives.

As a caregiver, you'll play a vital role in fostering positive self-esteem and independence-both at home and in the community-through compassionate support, encouragement, and respectful, person-centered care.

We offer full-time and relief positions with opportunities to make a meaningful impact every day.

Pay Rate $18.20 - $20.20 per hour + based on experience and shift differentials!

Direct Support Professionals (DSP) Residential Shifts Available :

Evening : 3 PM to 11 PM (times can fluctuate) - Must have a valid NYS driver's license

Direct Support Professionals (DSP) Duties :

Do you have a passion for making a difference in the lives of others? As a Residential Caregiver, you'll be a vital part of helping individuals with disabilities lead safe, healthy, and meaningful lives within their communities.

In this role, you'll support daily living activities such as meal preparation, personal care, and household tasks, while ensuring care plans, medication routines, and safety protocols are followed with diligence and compassion. You'll also provide transportation to appointments and community events, helping individuals stay engaged and work toward their personal goals.

Collaboration is key-you'll work closely with families, healthcare providers, and case managers to enhance each individual's overall well-being. More than just providing care, you'll offer encouragement, emotional support, and advocacy, empowering individuals to embrace their independence and exercise their rights.

Mozaic, a not-for-profit organization based in the Finger Lakes Region, specializes in providing services and residential facilities for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We are a prominent advocate for supporting and improving the lives of over 2,000 individuals with disabilities in our area.

Direct Support Professionals (DSP) Qualifications :

A high school diploma or GED

A valid NYS driver's license is required for this role

Experience in developmental disabilities being highly valued. Prior experience as a CNA, health aide, caregiver, or direct support professional (DSP) is also a plus.
