  • We are currently seeking a Creative Arts Therapy Coordinator for Riveredge Hospital. Apply to the posting and discuss your interests with the hiring manager if you are selected to come in for an interview.
  • The Creative Arts Therapy Coordinator reports to the Director of Therapeutic Services, assists in identifying and planning adjunct programming to derive desired patient outcomes, supervises Creative Arts Therapists to ensure clinically sound programs that adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and external regulatory / governmental requirements, and is age / population specific. In addition to supervisory responsibilities, the Coordinator performs work of a Creative Arts Therapist and represents the Department of Creative Arts Therapy to other departments within the Hospital and to external customer groups.

Qualifications

  • Master\'s in Counseling or Expressive Therapy.
  • 3-5 years experience providing direct clinical care in a behavioral health setting. Some supervisory / process management experience preferred.
  • Art Therapist Registered (ATR); or Dance Therapist Registered (DTR); or Drama Therapist Registered AND Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
