Support K–12 students in a structured classroom setting as a Substitute Paraprofessional. In this role, you'll assist educators by providing essential support during staff absences, helping maintain consistent learning experiences for students.
Qualifications :
60 college credits or a valid paraprofessional certification
Prior experience in an educational or childcare setting is a plus
Clear communication and problem-solving skills
Dependable and adaptable to new classroom environments
Ability to work collaboratively with instructional staff
Key Responsibilities :
Follow daily lesson plans and activity instructions provided by the classroom teacher
Provide academic and behavioral support to students
Assist with classroom organization and supervision
Support students with special needs if assigned
Manage transitions and support positive classroom culture
A flexible schedule and meaningful daily engagement make this an ideal opportunity for individuals pursuing education or related fields. Hours are not guaranteed and shifts will be offered on an as-needed basis according to school needs.
Compensation for this position ranges from $18.38 to $30.38. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
