United Trades of America is hiring Paving Crew Laborers to join a top-tier asphalt paving company in Hueytown, AL . This position is perfect for hardworking individuals who want to be part of a fast-paced, hands-on team. If you have experience in raking, shoveling, and assisting in asphalt paving operations , we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities :

• Shoveling and raking asphalt to assist with paving operations.
• Sealing joints and ensuring proper compaction of the mat.
• Assisting with grading adjustments and surface corrections.
• Working alongside the paving crew to achieve a smooth finish .
• Following safety protocols and using proper PPE on-site.
• Performing general labor tasks related to asphalt paving.

Requirements :

🔹 Prior experience as a Paving Crew Laborer or similar role preferred.

🔹 Ability to handle physical, outdoor work in varying weather conditions.

🔹 Strong teamwork skills and the ability to follow directions.

🔹 Reliable, hardworking, and eager to learn new paving techniques.
