Location : Brookfield, WI | Schedule : Full-Time, Monday–Friday

Get your start in mechanics, material handling, and industrial equipment — no experience needed!

  • ???? What You'll Do :

    • As an Apprentice Technician in our Brookfield shop, you’ll :

  • Shadow experienced Journeyman Techs to learn the trade
  • Assist with diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining forklifts and other equipment
  • Learn to prep rental and resale equipment for customers
  • Receive a mix of classroom, online, and hands-on training
  • Gain experience working with parts, service documentation, and inspections
  • Support shop safety and organization
  • Build the skills needed to grow into a full Journeyman Technician role
  • ???? What You Bring :
  • Curiosity and passion for working with your hands
  • Willingness to learn and take direction
  • Basic computer skills
  • Strong communication and time management
  • Your own basic toolset (we’ll provide a recommended list)
  • Physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs and move around the shop

    • Welding / fabrication experience is a plus — but not required!

    We'll train and certify you to operate forklifts and material handling equipment.
