Medical Assistant

Job description :

Pride Health is seeking Medical Assistants to support our clients during their fall Flu Clinics based in Tulsa & Muskogee, OK. These roles are ideal for candidates with seasonal vaccine clinic experience (Flu / COVID) who can work flexible schedules.

Responsibilities :

• Greet patients and record vital signs, chief complaints, and medical history.
• Assist providers with exams, vaccinations, and patient care procedures.
• Administer oral and intramuscular medications (including flu vaccines) as directed.
• Maintain accurate documentation in EMR systems.
• Prepare and organize patient charts, records, and consent forms.
• Support patient flow and ensure high levels of patient satisfaction.
• Follow all OSHA, HIPAA, and clinic safety protocols.

Locations : Tulsa, Vinita, & Muskogee, OK

Contract Length : 7 Weeks | Start Date : Sept 25, 2025 | Flu Clinic Runs : Oct 1 – Nov 15, 2025

Shifts : Flexible – 4, 6, 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts between 6 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM

Pay : $17- $20 / Hour
