Salary :

Salary : $28 - $30 per hour

This Program Administrator role is responsible for maintaining and updating program files, ensuring all internal departments have access to accurate information. The Program Administrator will consolidate data from Sales Directors and directly from customers to create detailed reports and will assist in the release of information to key teams.

The core function of this position is managing the product lifecycle. This includes controlling the distribution of new product samples, creating marketing projects based on roadmaps, and assisting with packaging and product transitions. The Program Administrator will also be tasked with validating product informationincluding compatibility, descriptions, features, and pricingbefore it impacts the customer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update program files and communicate any special requirements or

expectations within those programs.

  • Assist in the release of information for all internal departments.
  • Consolidate information from Sales Directors and prepare internal departmental specific
  • reports.

  • Control and track the distribution of incoming new product samples.
  • Create new projects for the marketing team based on roadmaps.
  • Assist in the management of packaging and product transitions.
  • Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for maintaining accurate carrier and retail program files at all times.
  • Assist in the validation of product information prior to customer impact. Including,
  • compatibility, descriptions, features, benefits, instructions, pricing, etc.

  • Responsible for providing accurate and timely information in support of the Marketing
  • Calendar, Handset Roadmap, Compatibility Matrix, etc.

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Creative Team on the creation of product marketing
  • materials. Including collateral, displays, packaging, promotions, on-line resources

  • Maintain the Transition Matrix and provide updated release of information quarterly.
  • Assist Management in the development of new tools and processes as assigned.
  • Ability to response to all departments needs for ongoing programs.
  • Assist in coordinating Product, Sales, and Marketing teams, with promotional and
  • tradeshow events when requested.

  • Conduct necessary competitive, trend, color, and consumer research as requested. This
  • will include store audits. Present in a summarized format.

  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Required Education / Experience

  • 2 years of experience in Program / Product or related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint), required.
  • Working knowledge of Web Platforms
  • Work Environment

    This position operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.

    Physical Demands

    This is largely an in-office position; however, some light lifting may be required. This would require the ability to lift 20 lb. box, open box, and bend or stand as necessary.

    Position Type and Work Hours

    This is an on-site, full-time position. Normal business days are Monday through Friday, work hours will be assigned in advance. Applicable overtime as needed.
