Salary : $28 - $30 per hour
This Program Administrator role is responsible for maintaining and updating program files, ensuring all internal departments have access to accurate information. The Program Administrator will consolidate data from Sales Directors and directly from customers to create detailed reports and will assist in the release of information to key teams.
The core function of this position is managing the product lifecycle. This includes controlling the distribution of new product samples, creating marketing projects based on roadmaps, and assisting with packaging and product transitions. The Program Administrator will also be tasked with validating product informationincluding compatibility, descriptions, features, and pricingbefore it impacts the customer.

Work Environment
This position operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.

Physical Demands
This is largely an in-office position; however, some light lifting may be required. This would require the ability to lift 20 lb. box, open box, and bend or stand as necessary.
Position Type and Work Hours
This is an on-site, full-time position. Normal business days are Monday through Friday, work hours will be assigned in advance. Applicable overtime as needed.
