Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative learning programs
Manage and optimize Learning Management Systems (LMS) for effective tracking and delivery
Analyze program data to assess effectiveness and recommend improvements
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in learning and development or training roles
3+ years of project or program management experience in L&D environments
3+ years in administering Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Experience with instructional design methodologies and related tools
Experience implementing learning evaluation frameworks and measuring learning ROI
