What You’ll Do

Work with warm leads from clients actively searching for coverage

Customize solutions based on each client’s unique needs and goals

Meet with clients via phone, Zoom, in-person, or over a meal

Guide clients through the application process using our streamlined platform

Earn direct commissions, with some policies paying out as quickly as the next day

Compensation

1099, commission-only role (no quotas or income caps)

Part-time (15–20 hrs / week) : $3,000–$5,000 / month (~$70K / year)

Full-time : $10,000–$15,000 / month (~$150K / year)

Additional performance bonuses, trips, and incentives available
