Senior Insuring Specialist

A company is looking for a Senior Insuring Specialist to oversee complex insuring processes within the post-closing team.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and execute the end-to-end insuring process for various loan types, ensuring compliance and timely issuance

Act as the primary escalation point for complex insuring scenarios and collaborate with internal and external partners to resolve issues

Lead process improvement initiatives and provide training and mentorship to team members

Required Qualifications

4+ years of experience in mortgage post-closing, insuring, or a related field

Advanced knowledge of loan origination systems and insuring portals

Proven ability to interpret complex regulatory and investor guidelines

Experience leading process improvement initiatives and training team members

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
