We are looking for "Customer quality Engineer" based in San Jose, CA Key Responsibilities : This person will be responsible for managing the investigation process of customer returns, identifying possible causes, and implementing corrective actions.

To accomplish this, they will use the 8D methodology.
They will manage the core team, including ATE, CFT, failure analysts, and external OSAT, by assigning actions and monitoring their execution.
Additionally, they will prepare and publish the 8D report.
Qualifications : Knowledge of high-capacity switching devices for Ethernet applications and SerDes converters is preferred.
A BS degree in a relevant discipline (Electronics, Software, or Hardware) is preferred.
Background in semiconductor manufacturing.
Excellent skills in ATE test log validation.
Broad understanding of manufacturing processes.
Experience in product and test engineering, with a solid understanding of basic terminology.
Experience with failure analysis processes.
Previous experience as a Customer Quality Engineer is a plus.
Excellent communication and writing skills.
