Job Description
Serve as Aviation Program Manager – Aerial Utility Inspections for one of JetPro’s clients, via our JetPro HR™ program. Position is Full-Time, based in the San Francisco Bay Area & Central / Northern California. Position is considered Remote / Hybrid.
We are seeking a highly organized and technically skilled Program Manager to lead and coordinate aerial utility inspection projects. This role involves managing aerial data collection operations, overseeing data workflows, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality geospatial insights to support utility infrastructure assessments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage aerial inspection programs for utility infrastructure, ensuring timely and accurate data collection.
- Coordinate with drone pilots, field teams, and data analysts to streamline operations.
- Oversee data collection processes including ingestion, and quality control.
- Analyze and interpret aerial imagery and geospatial data using GIS tools.
- Develop and maintain Python scripts for data processing, GIS automation, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and operational standards.
Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in program or project management, preferably in aerial inspections or utility sectors.Strong proficiency in GIS software (ArcGIS), including experience with Field Maps, ArcGIS Online, and Experience Builder.Hands-on experience with Python for data analysis and automation.Familiarity with aerial data collection technologies (e.g., drones, LiDAR, photogrammetry).Excellent organizational and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.Drone Pilot experience (including FAA Part 107 certification) preferredBachelor’s degree in Geography, Engineering, Data Science, or related field preferred.Experience with cloud-based data platforms and remote sensing tools preferred.Knowledge of utility infrastructure and inspection standards preferred.Soft Skill Requirements

Wages. Program Managers will be hourly at-will employees, employed by JetPro on a W2 basis. Pay will commensurate with experience.Expenses. Approved expenses, if any, will be reimbursed (pre-tax).Time Off. No paid time off is offered for the first year. Unpaid time off may be requested.Health Insurance.
