Piping & Pressure Vessel Designer

Are you a skilled designer with a passion for turning concepts into reality? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where your expertise is valued? We have an opportunity for a talented Piping & Pressure Vessel Designer to join a manufacturing company in the west Houston, TX area with 30 years specializing in solutions for the Oil and Gas industry. This is a direct hire opportunity, offering a chance to build a rewarding career with a growing company.

In this role, you will :

  • Design products from initial concept to fabrication
  • Create precise fabrication drawings
  • Utilize your knowledge of piping and pressure vessel design to ensure optimal solutions
  • Prepare piping and instrument diagrams (P&IDs)

To excel, you should possess :

  • SolidWorks experience
  • Proven knowledge and experience with piping and pressure vessel design
  • A minimum of 5+ years of design experience with pressure vessels and piping (preferred)
  • Familiarity with industry codes (ASME, B31.3, AWS, API, ASTM, NACE, OSHA)

    • A bonus if you have :

  • Experience with structural skid packages
