We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Assistant Warehouse Manager to support daily operations across our production and fulfillment warehouse. The ideal candidate has a strong background in pick-pack-ship operations, inventory control, and leadership across multiple shifts. This role requires proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), specifically CIMs, and a proactive, team-focused mindset. You will help lead a team of over 100 employees, driving operational excellence, safety compliance, and performance optimization while reporting directly to the Location General Manager.

What YOU will do : Warehouse Operations

• Oversee day-to-day operations across 1st and 2nd shifts to ensure seamless workflows and fulfillment accuracy.
• Manage pick, pack, and ship functions to meet customer delivery standards.
• Maintain proper inventory levels and implement efficient stock handling procedures.

Who YOU are :

Bilingual (English / Spanish) required

13 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role

Direct experience in pick / pack processes and using WMS software (preferably CIMs)

Demonstrated ability to lead teams of 50+ across multiple shifts

Strong knowledge of warehouse procedures, safety protocols, and production workflows

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset and commitment to process improvements

Familiarity with OSHA standards and safety program implementation
