Proven experience as an Industrial Engineer, preferably in a senior role. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in complex production planning, scheduling, and predictive modeling. Experience with tools such as Python, SQL, Power BI, and simulation software. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Industrial Engineering degree. Ability to obtain DoD Clearance (preferred). Experience with SAP or similar MRP systems, AutoCAD, Pro-E, MS Project, SharePoint, and Manufacturing Execution Systems. Strong project management skills and experience mentoring junior engineers.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align production plans with business objectives.
- Mentor junior engineers and production planners, staying current with industry trends.
